Operations Manager - Internship (H/F)

Your greatest responsibilities will be:
- Develop the revenues of the company and see the impact of your sales efforts on a daily basis

- Contribute to the success of the company by managing with autonomy your own clients:

>> guiding them to the best solution for their events
>> making sure they get the best experience from La Belle Assiette
>> increasing your sales conversions

- Develop our supply (chefs) network and guarantee their quality for La Belle Assiette

- Take part to strategy focus to increase the performances of La Belle Assiette, sharing your insights from your business point of view

REQUIREMENTS
Attention to detail
Multi-tasking
Persistence
Calm under pressure
Listening skills
Customer care / sales skills, very comfortable with conversations on the phone
Native-level French speaker and good English to communicate well with the rest of the company
Available for at least 4 months
BENEFITS
Salary: 800€ + 50% of monthly public transport ticket

Optional opportunity: get an extra 150€ per weekend (gross) to help handling business on weekends
