- Departement The main missions of the LIFE Strategy and internal communication team are: * Leveraging best practices and aligning our internal communication initiatives with our strategic plan & our Purpose. * Encourage cross-sharing knowledge, * support the safe space in the organization, * communicate on key successes and learnings through our internal communication. We aim to help SCOR Global Life to build the future we want to live through consistent messaging. - Mission The role of the Content Communication intern will be to support the Life Global Strategy & Internal Communication Team in their ambition to engage Life colleagues across the world. The role is seen as a key part of the team, primarily to support content for internal communication and for strategic activities by providing outstanding content relevant in multiple formats (video, infographics, texts, interviews, etc.). - Required Experience * Higher education diploma (Bac +4/5) in Communication, PR or Journalism (schools like Sciences Politiques, Iscom, Eslca) * Outstanding copy-writing and proofreading skills with an outstanding comprehension of English, * Ability to develop engaging story lines often based on complex/technical subject matter, * Solid research, Interviewing and networking skills, * Computer proficiency including experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) * Knowledge of film editing and use of video editing software (preferred), * Robust communication skills (both oral and PowerPoint based), * Organizational skills (assignment tracking, project management), * Experience in a multicultural environment/company with the ability to communicate across different management levels and cultural boundaries.
