Job purpose:

Part of the Global Communications department based in Pernod Ricard Paris' Headquarters – The Island – and reporting to the Head of Group Internal Engagement, the Group Digital Communications & Change Manager’s remit consists of leading and developing a clear digital communication and change management roadmap in line with the Group’s corporate communications strategy. This role feels the pulse of conversation and knows which digital levers to activate for effective engagement with all Pernod Ricard employees. They will identify all speaking opportunities within the digital ecosystem to ensure the Group’s messages, strategy and transformation projects are addressed and relayed in a coherent, meaningful and engaging way to all our main internal stakeholders. They will oversee all KPIs and metrics to assess the performance of the Group’s digital communications.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop the Group’s internal digital communication strategy and ensure it supports Pernod Ricard’s culture, vision and business objectives – cultivating a sense of community among our employees
Support the whole Group’s digital transformation from an internal communication and internal engagement standpoint
Accompany HQ and all affiliates to drive, align, prioritize, and simplify our messages regarding the Group’s transformation, and onboard all employees to understand our collective mission of becoming a Conviviality Platform
Take day-to-day responsibility for the building and development of outstanding digital platforms to boost employees’ engagement and sense of belonging (MyPortal Intranet, ESN, Les Embiez platform, CommsCloud, Digest Newsletter, etc.)
Keep up to date with current digital trends and developments to ensure we remain timely and current in our use of digital media.
Monitor KPIs, track analytics and audience metrics to provide recommendations
Build and manage budgets and planning

Profile:

Between 5 & 10 years of experience
Similar role as Digital Comms and Change Leader in a large Comms and/or IT team in an equivalent international company or an agency
Strong knowledge/Experience in CMS management (Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore...) and mastering of the Microsoft Digital Ecosystem (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
Strong knowledge in terms of employee experience, UX design, Digital workplace

Equally comfortable in French and in English - both written and spoken
Positive mindset with a “learning never stops” attitude
Hyper-collaborative, autonomous, organized, proactive and adaptable
Strong project management and organizational skills

Full-time position based in Paris (St Lazare).
