3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HR Manager of the division for a specific role to convince him/her that you are the best fit! If you are successful, then you will be invited for an interview with your potential future Team.

So what does your Job look like?

Orchestrate launches and promote the growth of the pillars through its product, market and consumer expertise, in order to contribute to the growth of the brand and the development of consumer relations.

- Collect and analyze consumer, market and competitor insights on its products to make recommendations to management

- Manage launches, maintain growth on pillar products and animate the back catalog

- Propose and implement marketing mix strategies (IMC / 360 / Digital / Retail) to create integrated consumer experiences, engaging and consistent with the brand

- Adapt communication media (image, digital, point of sale)

- Mobilize and collaborate with other services (trade, logistics, education, etc.) and agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies; meet deadlines

- Make recommendations to management on its category(ies) based on its expertise of consumers, markets and competitors (launch report, strategic note, etc.)

- Manage the PPP budget of the product(s) and ensure that sales forecasts are accurate

- Prepare and write clear messages for presentations for senior management
