Mention is looking for an junior Backend Developer with some experience of PHP.
At it's core, Mention is a PHP/Symfony2 application, a public REST API used by our apps, and Go/Python services (Crawling, Data analysis, Network or I/O related). We are using MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Puppet. We use Git, we do pull requests and code reviews.
As a junior backend developer in the Growth team, you'll be able to work on Mention's API and services to help us build awesome projects showcasing the quality of our service. Our goal is to reach 2 successful growth hacks per month !
Mention team consists of 15 people, based in Paris and NYC. You will join the Growth team in Paris composed of 4 people (Marketing, GrowthHacking, Content, Social). You will also be mentored by the tech team, which is composed of 6 people (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data science).
REQUIREMENTS
1+ year of experience with PHP
Strong interest in growth hacking
Already used an API
Speak french
